What is a credit?
Credits are one of two ways to pay. They are the currency for running analyses on a subscription: each module consumes a different number depending on its complexity and how many AI agents it deploys. Personal workspaces start with 1,000 included trial credits. You can also buy a single report outright without a subscription, in which case no credits are used.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You have two options. Buy a single report for the module you need, from $15 to $49, with no subscription. Or, if your workspace has an active subscription, buy additional credit packs in-app.
Can I try Dexil before committing to a paid plan?
Yes, twice over. Your first report on each module is free, with no card required, and new personal workspaces also begin with 1,000 included credits. Team workspaces start unsubscribed and move into paid billing when an owner or admin chooses a plan inside the app.
How does team billing work?
Dexil Team plans are org-only, seat-priced subscriptions. Team is billed at $100 per seat per month with a 5-seat minimum, and Team+ is billed at $150 per seat per month with a 5-seat minimum. Credits are pooled at the organisation level rather than assigned per user.
