What is a credit?
Credits are the currency for running analyses on Dexil. Each analysis module consumes a different number of credits depending on its complexity and the number of AI agents deployed. Personal workspaces start with 1,000 included trial credits, and paid workspaces can buy more when needed.
What happens when I run out of credits?
If your workspace has an active subscription, you can buy additional credit packs in-app. If you are still on trial, the billing page guides you into the right paid subscription first.
Can I try Dexil before committing to a paid plan?
Yes. New personal workspaces begin with 1,000 included credits and no credit card required up front. Team workspaces start unsubscribed and move into paid billing when an owner or admin chooses a plan inside the app.
How does team billing work?
Dexil Team plans are org-only, seat-priced subscriptions. Team is billed at $100 per seat per month with a 5-seat minimum, and Team+ is billed at $150 per seat per month with a 5-seat minimum. Credits are pooled at the organisation level rather than assigned per user.
