Alex is the founder of Dexil, on a mission to empower people and give them leverage. He spent almost two decades in strategy consulting, helping leadership teams cut through complexity to clear, defensible direction, paired with a lifelong passion for technology and how, integrated well into a business, it creates real productivity and leverage for the people who use it. Dexil is where those two threads meet: strategy consulting and business intelligence combined with AI, put in the hands of anyone who has to make a serious decision. Alex's conviction is simple: technology should sharpen human judgement, not replace it, and the advantage belongs to those who can turn information into decisions best.

Matt is a co-founder of Dexil and its Chief Growth Officer, and, as an investor, he has real skin in the game. For two decades he's helped the leadership teams and boards of some of the world's largest organisations reimagine their futures and build the strategies to get there, across industries from mining and energy to financial services and telco. A sought-after keynote speaker and facilitator, Matt is endlessly curious about the forces shaping tomorrow. His guiding belief, borrowed from Peter Drucker: the best way to predict the future is to create it.

Adam Parsons

Chief Curiosity Officer

Adam is an engineer-turned-consultant (MBA, MSc) who leads research, insights and platform development at Dexil. Across 12+ years in financial services, mining and retail, he's mastered the art of turning messy, complex information into clarity people can actually act on. At Dexil he pairs that analytical rigour with a builder's instinct, recently leading the design and coding of our bespoke AI-powered advisory platform. Equal parts researcher, technologist and problem-solver, Adam takes his cue from Darwin: it's not the strongest who survive, but those most responsive to change.

Anton is a global futurist, strategist, keynote speaker and, at Dexil, an investor and advisor. He works with leaders and executive teams around the world to rethink strategy, growth, innovation and relevance in a fast-changing landscape, helping them make sense of the forces reshaping business, spot where real opportunity lies and decide what to do next with confidence.
